Phil has developed an extensive knowledge and exceptional track record within the Australian self storage sector, across all areas of investment, developments and operations.

Previously working at an ASX listed REIT, Phil led the growth of their self storage portfolio from inception in 2005, to over 120 assets and a platform value of A$2.5 billion. GSI now continues Phil’s involvement in the self storage sector, with GSI established as a privately owned investment and advisory company seeking investment and acquisition opportunities in this space.
